Auckland Housing (?) Crisis – Part 3

Another segment from property expert Joe Wilkes as he explores more of the new developments around Auckland, and asks some tough questions about first time buyers and the lack of property supply. What happens when the building stops, and how is it all being funded? And what about the backlog of stock?

Highly topical, and not just in Auckland. The property sector has gone a bit mad!

  1. – “Caveat Emptor! Note: this is NOT financial or property advice!!” Yeah, sure. This is the best advice given against buying a house somewhere around Auckland.
    – I watched a video with the infamous “shoeboxes” in auckland. Is Joe Wilkes going to report on the shoeboxes in Auckland as well in a future video ?
