Domain published their preliminary results for today.

The listing count is lower than a year ago, though by not much, but sold volume is higher now.

Canberra listed 58 auctions, reported 46 with 32 sold, 2 withdrawn and 14 passed in to give a Domain result of 67%.

Brisbane listed 85 auctions, reported 40 with 23 sold, 8 withdrawn and 17 passed in to give a Domain result of 48%.

Adelaide listed 51 auctions, reported 28 with 20 sold, 3 withdrawn and 8 passed in to give a Domain result of 65%.

Volumes were higher this week, after a lower set last time around, thanks to the long weekend. Overall clearance rates were higher than last year, and listing volumes a little higher this year.

Canberra listed 66 auctions, reported 55 and sold 42 with 4 withdrawn and 13 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 71%.

Brisbane listed 97 auctions, reported 48 and sold 30, with 7 withdrawn and 18 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 55%.

Adelaide listed 63 auctions, reported 39 with 29 sold, 3 withdrawn and 10 passed in giving a Domain clearance of 69%.

Brisbane listed 62 auctions, reported 34 and sold 11 with 6 withdrawn and 23 passed in giving a Domain clearance of 28%.

Adelaide listed 36, reported 18, sold 6 with 2 withdrawn and 12 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 30%.

Same old story, highish clearances on lowish volumes. Last week ended up at 68.5%. The finals and school holidays of course will impact this week too.

Brisbane listed 58, confirmed 42 and sold 21, with 2 withdrawn and 21 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

Adelaide listed 28, reported 17 and sold 10, with 4 withdrawn and 7 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

The volumes are creeping up a little, but still below a year ago. 1,663 compared with 2,112 last year. Final clearance rates 73% last week in Sydney and Melbourne, so transaction throughput still on the low side. A number of agents will be fretting about cash flow on these numbers!

The trends continue to show low volumes but higher clearances than last year, with lower closed sales.

Canberra listed 51 properties, reported 40, with 31 sold, 2 withdrawn and 9 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 74%.

Brisbane listed 72, reported 35. with 23 sold, 7 withdrawn and 12 passed giving a Domain result of 55%.

Adelaide listed 45, reported 23 and sold 17, with 7 withdrawn and 6 passed in giving a Domain result of 57%.

The trends continue with higher clearance rates on lower volumes than a year ago. There were 1,605 listed then, compared with 1,175 now. The value is significantly lower also.

Brisbane listed 74, confirmed 31 and sold 19 with 3 withdrawn and12 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 56%.

Adelaide listed 35, confirmed 16 and sold 12 with 1 withdrawn and 4 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 71%.
