The preliminary results from Domain reveals another lower volume week, and they also added that “with everyone on break, the auction market’s going to be a bit quiet. You won’t see auction clearance rates and results between December 20th and February 5th as there may not be enough auctions scheduled to provide a representative figure”.
Canberra listed 79 auctions, reported 72 with 64 sold, 3 withdrawn and 5 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 89%.
Brisbane listed 83 auctions, reported 58 with 38 sold. 3 withdrawn and 17 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 66%.
Adelaide listed 67 auctions, reported 45, with 35 sold, 2 withdrawn and 8 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 78%.
More calls from developers for Government support to be directed to the high-rise apartment sector. More book-talking…
