DFA One To One

Here is what you need to know.

This is your chance to have an individual discussion with me. But note that whilst I cannot give specific financial advice, I can discuss my data for a given suburb, and look at the underlying trends. Be aware some of our analysis is at the post code level, rather than locations within it. I can cover one suburb/post code in a session.

I can assemble stress, home price trend data, and extract a view of price trends ahead, based on my modelling.

To progress, please provide the following information:

Which suburb and post code are you interested in?

Are you interested in houses, or units/apartments, or both?

What questions do you want to explore?

Do you want a Zoom or Phone discussion?

Suggest some times which would suit you over the next couple of weeks or so.

Once I have your answers, I will arrange to book a time, and send you an invite. I will allow up to one hour for the discussion.

To secure your place you will need to remit $275.00 ($250 plus GST) beforehand.  This can be paid to DFA via PayPal at https://www.paypal.me/MartinDFA .

Alternatively you can pay direct via PayID using my email address. Please make sure you flag the payment as DFA One To One and advise me when you have made the payment.
