Martin, I may have been the first to uncover the bail in many years ago when accidentally stumbled upon the parliamentary meeting. I did post this initial discussion on MB but it was a late post ( probably unread) because I used to wait for them to reach me not realizing it could be accessed beforehand. This was only the first discussion of possibilities so how important at the time don’t know.
