In truth, we need a regulator which fearlessly drives market participants to do the right thing. Currently, they have failed, as illustrated by the Sterling First charade.
We are calling for a Senate Inquiry into the role and purpose of ASIC, with the opportunity to lobby Senators during the last sitting week.
