All of the issues raised by the G20 report, are already well known.
Mainly because these same issues continue to be a major problem with existing currencies and always have been.
Money laundering, terrorism and all the rest were perfected under paper currencies; not cryptocurrencies.
Libra is the complete opposite to Bitcoin.
