Your post today touches a nerve with me. Many years ago, I bought a Meriton
2 bedroom apartment, it was actually the first apartment I purchase.
I must tell you it was, as your show’s title indicates, nothing but a Horror show with building defects galore. Lost rent, waiting years to hide the memory of the repairs, etc.
From a investment point High Rise properties are nothing but traps, they capture the
investors money (at over price values) and developers laugh all the way to the Bank.
Mr H O T (as is on his cars Rego Number) is a billionaire. I have meet the man once.
I could tell you more stories about him, but I will save that to when we have lunch on day.
