Hi Martin,
great work, I am renting in Maryborough, Qld and we have made it onto your list.
It is a low income area, and even though average prices are low and have been going backwards since the GFC, I think the low incomes are the major problem.
Many first home buyers are being lured in and of course spending up big especially in neighboring Hervey Bay area.
Unfortunately the map is not clickable for me.
Keep up the excellent work, you must be very busy.
