    Thanks for your posts. You make a lot of sense to me in all respects but one.

    I am a farmer and observer of nature. The Earth is greening and plant productivity is increasing as the proportion of CO2 in the atmosphere increases.

    It’s my view that the Green Revolution allocates funds to ends that yield substantially lower returns. There is no climate emergency. There is no evidence that enhanced carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and in the ocean has anything but a positive effect on human welfare.

    The investment in green technology is raising the cost of energy. Civilization and living standards thrive on cheap, reliable energy.

    Meanwhile, temperature rises and falls across the solar cycles according to changes in the distribution of surface pressure and surface temperature that changes winds and cloud cover. I would be very happy to supply a paper on this phenomenon. Just need an email address.
